Objective The Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is a global certification system for Project managers launched by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Upon completion of the course, participants should have an overall understanding of the project management theory knowledge, method, tools, techniques and professional ethics required for PMP® certification, and at the same time be able to raise project management awareness, acquire the entire project life cycle management process and methodology, and deepen their understanding of the project management theory and tools through case exercises.
Content During the course, participants will learn how to build and manage a team to plan, execute and complete projects that are aligned with the business environment, the topics explored are as follows:

Target audience
  • Top management, middle management, department managers and all relevant personnel involved in project management, with a certain level of project management awareness and experience.
  • Individuals who are interested in registering for the PMP® Certification Exam
Prerequisite
  • Applicants should have solid project management experience (at least 36 months); priority will be given to applicants who are currently working as project managers, project consultants etc.

  • Requirements for registering for the PMP® Certification Exam:
  • To be eligible to apply for the PMP® certification, applicants must meet certain educational and professional experience requirements, and project management experience must have been accrued within the last eight consecutive years prior to your application submission. Before applying for the PMP® certification, applicants should ensure that they meet one of the following sets of PMP® requirements:
    1. Individuals with a four-year university bachelor's degree:
      • At least 36 months of project leadership experience within the past 8 years
      • 35 hours of project management education OR CAPM certification
    2. Individuals with a high school diploma or associate's degree:
      • At least 60 months of project leadership experience within the past eight years.
      • 35 hours of project management education OR CAPM certification
