This course focuses on the practicalities. The participants ( who have basic accounting knowledge) will acquire the following:

how to set up a full set of accounts in accordance with local legal requirements
how to prepare financial statements
how to handle tax requirements
understand the procedure of setting up a company
learn more about the characteristics of account handling among different key sectors in Macao

Assessment

Completion of all assignments and pass the CPTTM exam

Target audience

Individuals with knowledge of accounting basics who would like to learn more about the practicalities of financial accounting

Prerequisite

Individuals should have completed basic training in bookkeeping/accounting (please provide copies of certificates)
Individuals with work experience in accounting but no formal accounting certificate need to pass a pre-assessment
