Content	How to carry out relevant works on the employment, renewal and termination of services of management companies Notes on bidding procedures for building management services,tendering procedures of maintenance works of common parts and how to formulate the contents and notes of relevant contracts Understand how to use the Common Reserve Fund and related regulations Understand the fees that owners need to bear and the methods to recover outstanding fees Explore the registration system and management of building car parks in Macau Understand the Law No. 12/2017《Condominium management commercial activity law》 Explore the use of mediation in dealing with building management matters
Assessment	At least 80% attendance.
Target audience	Individual who have completed in the "raining Course on Building Management" organized by IHM (priority) and members of the management bodies and individuals who are interested in participating in building management works
Prerequisite	Applicants are recommended to have completed the"Training Course on Building Management" by IHM

Remark	This course is co-organized by Housing Bureau (IHM) and the Macau Productivity & Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM). Participants who reach at least 80% attendance are entitled to have reimbursement MOP300. Participants who fail to fulfil the attendance requirement would not have refund.
