Target audience	Individuals who are currently working in the field of real estate valuation Individuals/university students who would like to pursue a career in real estate valuation Practitioners from other real estate-related sectors
Prerequisite	Need to meet one of the following criteria and subject to selection by the course co-organizers: Priority will be given to individuals who have at least 2 years of work experience in this field with letters of recommendation from their employers (see Remark), or High school graduate or above (please provide copy of certificate).

Duration	Lesson: 36 hours in 12 sessions Guest Speaker: 4 hours in 2 sessions Exam: 2 hours in 1 sessions Total: 42 hours in 15 sessions
Schedule	Lesson: 09:30-12:30, 14:00-17:00, from Mar 30, 2025 to Apr 13, 2025 every Sunday, plus Apr 27, 2025(Sunday), May 11, 2025(Sunday), May 25, 2025(Sunday). Guest Speaker: 19:00-21:00, Apr 24, 2025 (Thursday), plus May 8, 2025(Thursday). Exam: 09:30-11:30, Jun 8, 2025 (Sunday).
