Objective	The CompTIA certification program is the world's 2nd most popular IT certification program, just after that of Microsoft. The A+ certification is the most important in the program. After certification the attendees can prove their PC technical skills to their current or prospective employer. On average, A+ brings an salary increase of 11%. The "CompTIA A+" Exam consists of two parts: "A+ Essentials (220-1101)" and "A+ Practical Application (220-1102) ". This course will prepare the attendees for the "A+ Essential (220-1101)" Exam.

Assessment	There will be a quiz in each session except the first one. There will be a Cisco online test on the last session.
Target audience	Non-IT people who would like to enter the IT industry. Non-IT people who would like to attend the MCITP courses. Junior IT professionals who would like to get the A+ certification
Prerequisite	Familiar with PC or Mac and common software operation. Please check the self-assessment.
