|Marketing is crucial knowledge for every owner-manager as it enables the owner-manager to effectively position its business in the market. Market positioning will serve to differentiate the company from its competitors and product positioning will enable the customers to appreciate the reasons for choosing the company’s product(s). The positioning process calls for effective resource allocation and regular monitoring of the market and the competitors. Upon completion of this course, participants would have enhanced their understanding of how to define and implement proper positioning for the company and its product(s) in the market.
