Objective	Teach the students to take advantage of the system to manage the employee information such as contacts, attendance, payroll etc, and generate various reports in an automatic and efficient way
Content	Install and Sign in the system. Company and employee contact information management. Record multiple leave information, for example: annual leave, Accident. Make reports base on employees' info, such as certification of services. Payroll management and generate pay ship. Customize the system by salary type(hourly, daily, monthly). Data Backup.
Assessment	At least 80% attendance and complete all in-class exercises and assessments.
Target audience	Anyone who would like to take advantage from the software to calculate the employee salary and generate report, testimony in an automatic and efficient way.
Prerequisite	Has knowledge on basic computer operating.

Instructor	Bachelor of Information Technology, more than 10 years teaching experience.

Schedule	Day 1: 19:00-22:00, Oct 6, 2023 (Friday). Day 2: 10:00-13:00, 14:30-17:30, Oct 7, 2023 (Saturday).

Remark	EIMS System Software (Manual+ CD ROM); Fee: MOP50 (per set) (Download Order Form).
