Objective
  • Based on the first agile management book by leadership guru Jurgen Appelo, Management 3.0 (M3.0) emphasizes managing the “system”, not the people; it means doing the right thing for the team, including everyone in improving the system and fostering employee engagement with the right environment around to enable this.
  • The workshop covers theoretical and practical agile management, with a strong focus on tools that participants can use directly after attending the workshop. Upon completing the workshop, participants would have learned the six views on organizations of M3.0, the basics of management and leadership and the knowledge of complexity thinking.
