Objective This course aims to provide participants with the essential knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) principles and its application in the food industry. In addition, completion of this course will also meet the prequisite requirement for enrolling in the "Workshop on Implementing a ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System (MG18.2)".

Assessment Completion of all assignments and pass the CPTTM exam
Target audience Quality assurance personnel and other individuals involved in the development, implementation and monitoring of a HACCP system in a food environment.
Prerequisite Nil; priority will be given to individuals who are currently working in the field of quality assurance in a food environment.

For employees of qualified organizations under the “Training Incentive Scheme for International Management System Certification” (see Remarks 1) : MOP1,080.

Remark
  1. Local organizations sponsoring their employees to enroll in the above training course can apply for the "Training Incentive Scheme for International Management System Certification" if they meet the following criteria:
    • qualified applicants of the CPTTM certification subsidy scheme or
    • local organizations certified to specified ISO standards.
  2. The Training Incentive Application Form must be submitted together with the Course Enrollment Form.
  3. "Training Incentive Scheme for International Management System Certification" and "DSEJ's Continuing Education Development Program" cannot be used together
