Objective This course is designed for the members of the management bodies, the purpose is to let them learn the relevant laws and regulations of building management and understand the daily building management affairs, so as to implement the various tasks of the management bodies according to the laws.
Content
  • Based on the Law No.14/2017《Legal Framework for the Management of the Common Areas of the Condominium》:
    • analyzing the operational aspects of building management framework
    • defining the rules & regulations for building management and duties & responsibilities of the members of the management body, etc.
  • And have an understanding of other relevant laws, including:
    • Law No. 15/2021《Legal Framework for Fire Safety in Buildings and Premises》
    • Law No. 14/2021《Legal Framework for Urban Construction》
    • Law No. 14/2022《Legal Framework for Elevators Safety》
    • Administrative regulation No. 39/2022 - Approval of the “Technical Regulations for Fire Safety in Buildings and Premises”
  • Assessment At least 80% attendance.
    Target audience Members of the management bodies and individuals who are interested in participating in building management works

  • This course is co-organized by Housing Bureau (IHM) and the Macau Productivity & Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM).
  • Participants who reach at least 80% attendance are entitled to have reimbursement MOP300. Participants who fail to fulfil the attendance requirement would not have refund.
