Objective	Upon completion of the course, participants will have a more specific and in-depth understanding of the maintenance of common parts of buildings, to carry out maintenance and repair work on buildings, and to keep the buildings in good condition.
Content	Understand the relevant provisions of Law No. 14/2021 "Legal Framework for Urban Construction"; Understand the bidding procedures of common area maintenance works in buildings and how to formulate the contents and notes of relevant contracts Building maintenance works and procurement corruption prevention and avoidance system Understand the obligations and costs of the owner; Understand how to use the common reserve fund and related regulations; Understand how to raise funds for maintenance works; Understand how to collect outstanding debts.
Assessment	At least 80% attendance.
Target audience	Members of the management bodies and individuals who are interested in participating in building management works
