Title Training Series on Building Management – Course for Maintenance of Common Areas of Buildings

Objective Upon completion of the course, participants will have a more specific and in-depth understanding of the maintenance of common parts of buildings, to carry out maintenance and repair work on buildings, and to keep the buildings in good condition.
Content
  • Understand the relevant provisions of Law No. 14/2021 "Legal Framework for Urban Construction";
  • Understand the bidding procedures of common area maintenance works in buildings and how to formulate the contents and notes of relevant contracts
  • Building maintenance works and procurement corruption prevention and avoidance system
  • Understand the obligations and costs of the owner;
  • Understand how to use the common reserve fund and related regulations;
  • Understand how to raise funds for maintenance works;
  • Understand how to collect outstanding debts.
  • Assessment At least 80% attendance.
    Target audience Members of the management bodies and individuals who are interested in participating in building management works
