Objective

This course is designed for the holders of real estate intermediary and agent license. Upon completion of the course, participants should have further understanding on “Law on Real Estate Intermediary Activities”, “Implementation Regulations for Law on Real Estate Intermediary Activities” of Macau, and knowledge of other relevant laws, so that they can combine their knowledge with practice when they are engaged in real estate intermediary activities and to comply with the relevant laws and regulations, thereby maintaining the goal of positive and healthy development in real estate market in Macau.

Module 2	Law of Macau Real Estate Transactions, Leasing and Uncompleted Property: Can enroll separately
Module 3	Relevant Law and Regulation on Macau Real Estate Activities and Taxation: Can enroll separately

Fee

MOP900. Students whose attendance is 80% or greater will be reimbursed 100% of the fee.
