Objective	This course is aimed at professionals with experience in quality management systems. It will ensure that they not only have the necessary skills and qualification for the post of an auditor, but can also enhance their experience and confidence for that role. This course is certified by the Chartered Quality Institute and the International Registrar of Certificated Auditors (CQI IRCA Course ID 17932). Exam paper in Chinese or English; You can choose to answer either in Chinese or in English.
Content	This course incorporates presentations, workshops, role play and evening study, and takes a managerial perspective of the post of auditor. It culminates in practical (in-class performance and assignments) and written examinations: Re-cap of ISO 9001:2015 requirements Types of audits: 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits Plan, preparation and implementation of the above audits Techniques and skills required for a Lead Auditor Report of auditing and follow-up Selection criteria, responsibilities and registration process of auditor

Target audience	Senior quality assurance personnel & internal external auditors Quality personnel involved with audit as an essential part of their work or wish to achieve an international recognized assessor qualification. Personnel involved in helping companies to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification and wish to gain an in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and audit techniques
Prerequisite	Participants should have completed basic training in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System or relevant work experience. They are subject to selection by CPTTM.

Schedule	Session 1~8: 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:30, from Nov 16, 2023(Thursday) to Nov 17, 2023(Friday), and from Nov 22, 2023(Wednesday) to Nov 23, 2023(Thursday). Session 9~10: 09:00-13:00, 14:00-16:00, Nov 24, 2023 (Friday).
Fee	Standard Fee: MOP9,500; For employees of qualified organizations under the “Training Incentive Scheme for International Management System Certification” (see Remarks 1) : MOP4,750.
