Objective	The course enables the participants to understand what an process approach is and how to use process data to drive improvement.
Content	The course is conducted in the form of lectures, case discussions and exercises. Course content includes: How to identify the key processes of an organization Explore the root causes of work process problems and align the processes to achieve customer satisfaction Apply the steps of process rationalization, redraw processes, and determine the priority for improvement actions Use process improvement method and set process/product (service) metrics How to conduct analysis, measurement and improvement of processes

Prerequisite	Nil, Priority will be given to individuals who are presently working in this field.
