Objective
  • Upon completion of the course, participants would have gained a basic understanding of spirits, including the types and styles of spirits, as well as the correct techniques for tasting, storing and serving spirits.
  • Participants will take the WSET Level 1 Examination (Chinese Edition) at the end of the course and upon satisfactory passing the examination, will attain an internationally recognized WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits.

  • Note: Instructor(s) teaching remotely with teaching assistant providing on-site support, students are required to attend the class and exam at CPTTM.

  • Exam: 09:30-10:30, Jul 9, 2023 (Sunday).

  • Completion certificate issued by CPTTM (for students who have attained at least 80% attendance and passed the CPTTM assessment) and
