Objective	This is a practical business English course for exhibition and conference. It gives the participants a clear guideline to prepare for an exhibition with useful conversation practice to enhance communication skills. After completing this course, participants will be able to describe or explain the steps in exhibitions/ conferences planning, deliver effective messages in business conversation.
Content	Part I: Exhibition Contact potential client , sending and asking for materials Preparation and Coordination (Renting the exhibition venue , booth Logistics , introducing sponsorship and propaganda) Making reservations Arranging accommodations Exhibits transportation Booth construction and dismantling Part II: Conference Venue reservation and conference invitation Transportation and Ticketing Visa Application , Departure and Entry Procedures Greeting and Reception Conference opening
Assessment	In class performance, exercises and test.
