Objective	Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a core driver for enhancing enterprise efficiency and streamlining processes. However, many businesses still face challenges in effectively integrating AI into their operations and maximizing its value. This course will leverage AI tools like dify and fastgpt to help participants quickly master how to enhance project management and administrative workflows with AI.
Content	Introduction to AI Automation and Fundamentals of Enterprise Automation Tools Hands-on Workshops Efficient Project Management - Automating project status tracking, progress forecasting and task allocation Optimizing Internal Documentation Processing - Parsing corporate documents (e.g. employee handbooks, policy documents, meeting minutes) and enabling real-time intelligent query and analysis Administrative Work Automation - Automatic generation of monthly/quarterly reports and intelligent batch document filtering Enterprise Automation Process Design, Application Cases and Summary Introduction to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and AI Application Scenarios

Prerequisite	Basic computer skills. This course is only open to those who have not taken it before (no repeat enrollment)

Over 10 years of IT training experience, specializing in application development, cloud services, and databases. Skilled in practical technical implementation and real-life business scenarios.
