Content	Introduction to Basic Concepts and Current Applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Overview of Common AI Tools Fundamentals of Prompt Engineering Techniques for Writing Effective Prompts: How to craft clear, specific, and goal-oriented prompts Practical Case Studies: Job postings/resume templates, product promotional copy, data visualization and report summaries Enhancing Creativity by Combining Text and Image Tools: Generating thematic campaign copy and matching visuals Introduction to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and AI Application Scenarios

Prerequisite	Basic computer skills. This course is only open to those who have not taken it before (no repeat enrollment)

Instructor	Microsoft certified Trainer(MCT), Oracle Certifited Professional (OCP), a result-driven IT professional experienced in hardware & network troubleshooting. Certified in MCITP,CCNA, Oracle OCP and ITIL v3 qualification. Has been teaching for CPTTM since 2004.
