Title Building Information Modeling (BIM) Application and Operation Training Dual Certificate Course (Facility Design Major)
Course code CM671-09-2025-C
Objective This course primarily focuses on skill training for BIM in the field of facility design. By teaching students modeling techniques in relevant professional areas—including software operation skills, interpreting facility construction drawings, fundamentals of facility modeling, as well as modeling for HVAC, water supply and drainage, piping, and lighting systems—the course aims to equip students with the technical proficiency required for industry practice. Additionally, the course will prepare students to obtain relevant skill certifications and arrange for them to take the skill qualification assessment (BIM Senior Modeler - Facility Design Specialty). Acquiring these certifications will provide students with the necessary qualifications to pursue careers in related industries in mainland China.
