Search Engines, News Recommendations and Language Translation applications are all Artificial Intelligence products with Natural Language Processing technology as the core. CPTTM specially designed this course to popularize the application of Artificial Intelligence technologies in Natural Language Processing. Main content including: Introduction of the core concepts, basics and application scenarios of Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing Practice Natural Language Processing with the Deep Learning framework TensorFlow
Content	Introduction to NLP, Machine Learning Introduction to Neural Network, Deep Learning TensorFlow Framework and Syntax Word Vectors and Embedding Language Model and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) Neural Machine Translation & Sequence to Sequence Model Attention Model and Transformers Online resources and Transfer Learning
Assessment	At least 80% attendance and complete all in-class exercises and assessments.
Target audience	Anyone who is interested in learning Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, TensorFlow or Natural Language Processing
Prerequisite	Familiar with the Python programming language or have completed course CM540; It will be better better if you have machine learning foundation or have completed the course CM546; Basic math and statistics knowledge; Can read English materials; Please check the self-assessment.
