Objective In face of the severe market competition in the retail industry, it is absolutely not easy to handle different requests from the customers. This workshop aims to improve the sales effectiveness by means of the proper manipulation of language. In order to convince people to make decision, it is necessary to learn from the observation and communication, by use of scenario, dialogues and eyes contacts. It would help to influence people emotion, as a result to complete the deal.
